Vancouver Restaurants I Admire...
Frederic Couton of the
Cannery Seafood Restaurant has taken the
"matron" of seafood restaurants for a big night out
on the town every night (and day!) since his
arrival. With his great food, and an obvious eye to
quality and freshness, it fits in perfectly with the
sweeping view the Cannery is also noted for.
Rob Feenie of Lumiere has most definitely helped to
put Vancouver on the world map of dining out. With
his fantastic prix-fixe, tasting menus it is
definitely worth going to with a few people and each
choosing a different menu to sample from.
