Screamingly Good Food is arranged by seasons with special feasts for special days. A Small Feast for Crocuses, Feast for the Longest Day, as well as Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc. My favourites are: Flat Roasted Chicken with Sweet Carrots, Instant Ecstasy Chocolate Cookies; and Fish House favourites: Flaming Prawns and Chocolate Lava Cake with Coffee Creme Anglaise.
